"The campground host (Janelle) was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The campground itself had everything we needed (i.e. Clean restrooms and showers; a laundry facility; dog playground; and dump station). The big plus for us was the convenient location of this campground to (1) the hiking and biking trails in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest; (2) downtown Brevard, NC that has good restaurants and shopping; and (3) tons of good breweries (Sierra Nevada; Oskar Blues; Ecusta; Mills River; Appalachian Mountain; and Bold Rock Cider). "We had a great time here! We rented a cabin here and it, and the grounds were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bathhouse was one of the best we have used camping; it was clean, had adequate space and plenty of warm water. The parkway and Pisgah Forest attractions are nearby and there is restaurants and grocery nearby also. Great campground."

"Its Pisgah Forest! There is soooo much to do in the area! It is a mountain biking Mecca, hiking, swimming, motorcycling, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mt National Parks are a must and visiting the all of the breweries has to be on the list."

"We had wonderful time, and a great experience. We stayed in one of the cabins. They were very clean and nice. A.C. works great, Roku T.V. and nice little porch to relax on after a day of hiking. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. They also have a washer, and dryer. They were very nice and recommended some great restaurants and waterfalls to check out in the area."

"A great spot to spend some time. The manager was super friendly. The RV has very clean showers and laundry room. They have a store with all the necessities including beer and wine. Great location-minutes away from Brevard. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!"
